At the University of Denver, I received a double major in Mass Communication and Graphic Design. I was privileged to study with Linda Cobb-Reilly and Judy Anderson. With their guidance I was able to unite the two disciplines in my senior thesis, “Nicaragua, Objectivity, and the Press.” I carved and printed the linoleum blocks, typed the pages to be enlarged and copied on Classic Columns ribbed stock, and sewed the custom slipcover.
